Apartment rental rate? Does this sound fair?

If you were me, would u consider investing in this apartment? It's an efficiency apt for $650/month including dish network premium tv pkg, wireless internet, 2 coin laundry rooms, daily garbage pick-up, 24hr maintenance on site, optional house keeping, %26amp; it's fully furnished %26amp; equipped air conditioned rooms.

Sounds like a pretty good deal to me.My family is renting a 3bed/2bath doublewide for $625.00 a month atm.And we don't get any of those perks.I say if you can afford it,jump on it quick before someone else does!!Apartment rental rate? Does this sound fair?
Investing? You are buying it or renting it? What are all the other comparable apartment going for. It's a rip-off in some cities and a steal in others.
Ditto on the location.


In my town of 30,000 that would be considered high but still do-able.


In SoCal $650 would be a BARGAIN. Same for NYC.
Totally depends on the location. If that apartment were in Manhattan, it would be a bargain. In a rural area, maybe not so much.
It matters where you are looking. I know where I live that is a steal because apartments cost about 2000 without utilities.
Location is the single largest factor in estabishing price so without that it is hard to answer.
