Shopping mall rental rate?

Anyone know what are the rental rate for shopping mall? Wne to some of those established website like knightfrank, however there is any rental rate shown... I am looking into any area that has human traffic, like AMK, toa payoh...etcShopping mall rental rate?
Most indoor shopping malls have an on site business office that should be able to provide leasing information. Directory information should be able to find the phone number for ';Mall of your choice'; ';business office';.

Also, you could contact a commercial broker in the area in which you're looking. They may have information on local retail space available.Shopping mall rental rate?
The rental rate all depends on the size of your shop and location. If you are looking into an area that has heavy human traffic example,Toa Payoh /Bedok central, half a shop(approx 50 sq m) can easily cost you about $3000-$5000 or above per month(assuming no blockage and prime location)What i am referring to is the HDB shops that are located in town centrals.

Maybe you can try ads on the newspaper/online classfieds.sometimes, ads for rental are posted by the owner themselves, thus, you can bargain on the rental rate.Or another way is to approach some of the shops that you may be interested in and try asking the owners whether they can sublet half the shop to you. Many of the owners do that.

For shopping centres/malls,you can try calling their management in charge of leasing for enquiries on availability of shop space.Quite often, the shops situated in good locations are often taken up.Normally, shopping mall rentals are expensive, ranging from $3000-over $10,000/month.

Good luck to you=)
