Hi there. I am from Baguio. House rental depends on the area where it is located, facilities available, finishings, etc.. Usually, when it is at the downtown area, the rental would amount to 6,000 - 10,000 (that's the average), with two rooms, and others. City services like your electric bills and water are another thing. YOu can find a place that would offer 4,000 a month that would be a little far....How much are house rental rates for (1) month at Baguio City this Sept. 2007 ?
