Alot of states like Georgia, texas, oregon, washington, Virginia. Mainly the east coast.Where is the cheapest apartment/house rental rates in the united states?
Not sure but I know most southern areas...unless they are very popular like Charlotte/ATL are fairly inexpensive BUT the trade off is that wages are lower...My mortgage (3,000 sq ft, brick, 5 bedroom, 4 bath, formal areas, sunroom..lol) in NC now, is what I paid for rent in upstate NY 20 years ago. But the smaller less populated cities, I believe are probably the best value...Seems like you could find out definitely online via another source...GLWhere is the cheapest apartment/house rental rates in the united states?
