What is the MPV and sedan car rental rates in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia?

Will be visiting Sabah in August, 2007.What is the MPV and sedan car rental rates in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia?
for normal malaysian sedan 4 seater cars (eg. Pronton Wira) would cost RM150 to RM200 per day.


for 4 wheel drive like Prado and Land Cruiser would cost around RM350 to RM400 per day. For more expensive cars , the rates would be higher.


If you mainly drive around the city and some suburban areas, a sedan would be fine. However if you plan to have some adventures in the rural areas, i suggest you take a 4 wheel drive as some roads are in pretty bad condition.

a sedan car like proton iswara will cost about RM 140-160/day .Proton wira RM 160-200/ day. i just rent a perodua kancil and it cost RM 100/day 3 weeks ago.


MPV will be RM 300 and above depending which type of MPV
