ive been looking for a apartment and several complexes advertise the rate. on sheet with the rates it said basic rate and note rate. for example basic rent $800, note rent $925. do anyone know what the differences is.

usually this would be $800 for a 1 year lease. $925 for month-to-month where you could leave at any time.
