How do I research Section 8 rental rates for a specific property in a city?

I would like to know if Section 8 would rent a property I have? How do I find this out?How do I research Section 8 rental rates for a specific property in a city?
Call your state's housing agency and ask them. But be prepared to spend some money on the property. How do I research Section 8 rental rates for a specific property in a city?
Apply to enter the program. Just because you are approved doesn't mean you have to advertise it.

Being a Section 8 property doesn't mean that's all you accept. You would be wise to screen all applicants equally, make the same credit/criminal checks, use the sae lease with the same restrictions.

In theory, the only difference is the method of payment. You demand prompt payment or eviction... You demand proper behavior or eviction... You demand abiding by normal tenancy rules or eviction...
I am pretty sure they would be willing to do that, contact your local Housing and Urban Development office, the section 8 department. They will send out an inspector to verify that you own the property and the condition of the property. They will determine if the housing meets section 8 standards.
